From humble beginnings, in a single wide trailer in Tampa, Florida two college students had a dream in 1974. They named their dream Gulfcoast Coin Brokers, Inc. In 1975, Gulfcoast opened its doors in Fort Myers, Florida dealing in rare coins, paper money, silver dollars, and gold coins. In the early 1990’s, Gulfcoast Coin and Jewelry opened its first auction gallery. This was implemented in order to bring together intelligent buyers and sellers of all valuable personal property.
