CoinShop Finder is a read-only reference directory. We do not require accounts, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not sell your data. This policy explains the limited data that is collected as a side-effect of operating a website.

Information we collect

Automatically collected data

When you visit any page on this site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard server access data: the URL you requested, your IP address, the date and time of the request, your browser type, and the referring URL. This is handled by Cloudflare's infrastructure and is subject toCloudflare's privacy policy. We use this data solely for diagnosing technical issues and understanding general traffic patterns, never to identify or track individual visitors.

Contact form submissions

If you use our contact email to submit a correction, dealer suggestion, or inquiry, we collect the information you include in that email (your email address, name if provided, and the content of your message). We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share this information with third parties.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies for tracking or analytics. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection as part of its security layer. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and expires within 30 minutes of your session ending.

Third-party services

Dealer listing data

The dealer information shown on this site (business names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, and websites) is sourced from publicly available records including the NGC dealer locator, Google Maps, and dealers' own public websites. This is factual business information, not personal data about private individuals.

If you are a business owner and believe information about your business is incorrect or should be removed, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site adds new features (such as a dealer portal or contact forms). Any material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
